I guess operations may be the lowest threshold profession in the Internet industry, without having to sit by the computer to write code; without designing various fancy UIs to let users fall in love at a glance; without drawing prototypes, and certainly not as high salary as a product manager … Of course, I like this profession, not because of these. Please read on.

Operations are also divided into many types: event operations, content operations, user operations, new media operations, game operations … The work done is also different, and is classified into major categories. The operations of Internet companies are only event operations, user operations, Content operations. They are collectively referred to as product operations.

Maybe it’s because the name sounds great, maybe it’s because I like the sense of accomplishment of reading 10w+, I came here!

I have a deep love for what social media can accomplish, so I wanted to give you my Top 4 Reasons Why I Love Social Media Marketing.

01. I love social media

I Just remember the popularity of Facebook in the movie “The Social Network” when it was first introduced. People are addicted to sharing, communicating and discussing on Facebook.Because of social media, my relationships are no longer bound by geography. I am able to interact and keep up with friends, family, colleagues, and clients from all over the world. Social media brings me closer to people with whom I would otherwise seldom interact.

02. Fast Moving

I like to keep running, just like the Ferris wheel. This makes me feel fulfilled. The Internet is always changing, and so is the operation of social media. Operating on an Internet enterprise is like a traditional enterprise charging in front of the sales.

As a front-line business employee who directly faces competitors, in a market environment where the slowness is equal to death, one after another scrambles to find ways to keep personal abilities up to date Demand keeps up with the pace of the market, and at the same time it is a position that has a full range of requirements for personal abilities. Each update iteration is a challenge to the self, which is a rapidly upgrading profession. I am confident in my industry and the potential behind effective social media practice for businesses and brands.

03. More Access to Consumer and Competitor Information

Social media marketing provides companies with a better understanding of both consumers and competitors.

By monitoring what consumers think about a business, companies can provide more content that consumers favor and decrease efforts on less successful products. Many programs like Facebook and Google allow companies to cater to the specific needs and interests of customers, which ultimately leads to increased sales.

Some of the details that social media marketing platforms enable companies to see include how competitors are interacting with audiences, what type of content competitors are posting, the frequency and time of day that these posts are made, and a number of other important details.

Customers are God, social media operations not only allow customers to understand us better, but also allow us to understand customers. The operation in my eyes is still attractive. It is a combination of sensibility and rationality. It is close to users with sensibility and creates value with rationality.

My job is fun. How many jobs allow you to combine critical thinking, strategic analysis, and innovation? We need to ignite engagement and because of this, creativity and interaction are necessities.
