Thinking level

After a period of operation, I found that there was no precipitation and no experience to be summed up. The same problem will reappear in the next stage of operation.

I have done more than a dozen activities and initiated dozens of topic discussions, but there is still no systematic process and thinking. When I get a new project, I directly think about the specific operation strategy from the very beginning, without overall control of the project and systematic thinking.
I feel very hard at work, but I have been unable to produce results, so I will spend too much time on one thing, resulting in many things originally planned not being promoted.

When writing an operation plan, I often rack my brains and pursue a variety of template applications, or halfway through writing, I don’t know how to write down. I have no ideas. Then I start to doubt the first half of the content. It may take a week from the beginning of the plan to the final decision. Or even longer.

I often have no clue on operational strategies and activity ideas, and I doubt my agility in thinking, but leaders or other people can always be clear-headed and give many feasible strategies in an orderly and fast manner. It is only at this time that they come to realize.

Communicating with users is still staying in blind chat with users. I feel that I have talked with many people but I feel that I have not talked about anything!
When it comes to user demand research, I only think of questionnaires and interviews. For the core users of the product, they have not browsed their INS or Twitter, and have not tracked their product usage behavior, and their life status, interests, preferences, and needs. It is still not clear, or even their basic information.

I have been operating for more than a year and haven’t had a detailed understanding of competing products or the understanding of competing products only stays on the product name.

Rhythmic level of operation

Operational work is fragmented, operations are unorganized, and various things are dealt with at the same time, and the phased goals and key tasks are not clear.

I often feel very busy, but when I write weekly and monthly reports, I find that there is nothing to write.

There is no time estimate for things to be done every day and every week, and there is no comparison between actual completion time and estimated time.
Doing many things often results in deviations from expectations and unable to control the development of things. Always fall into the passive to deal with various operational problems.

After an event is launched or after the channel is rolled out for promotion, it is considered that most of the work is completed. There is no stage goal setting and process control, and the operation work becomes the operation work.

I have posted more than 100 tweets and dozens of articles, and I still try to find material every day and what kind of posts or articles to publish.

When I was writing the weekly report, I only remembered to look at the data. When I opened the background data report, I looked confused and couldn’t see any way? Do not know where to start data analysis?

When doing operational summaries, there are often subjective assumptions of “what seems to be done? What seems to have happened? So it may have an impact” in the face of abnormal data.

The entire operational state is operation-driven data, not data-driven operations.

After doing operations for a period of time, I found that there were not many documents saved on the computer, and there were no retained operating tool forms.

The gap between these three types of formal normal operations and advanced operations, so for many small partners who have just entered operations or have relatively little operating experience, the goal of becoming advanced operations is very clear, which is to solve the above three types Questions (21 minor questions).

The key to solving the problems listed above is the thinking level. Everyone must consciously cultivate their own operational thinking and habits during the operation process.

The cultivation of operational thinking consciousness and habits requires a process. In peacetime, the cultivation of thinking can be consciously carried out from the following aspects:

01 Cultivate goal-oriented awareness:

What is the background and purpose of the first thing to think of when doing anything, and what goals should we set around the purpose? How to do target disassembly. In life and work, we must learn to summarize and think, review and summarize the phased work results and methodological precipitation, and think more about the operational logic in life.

04Communicate with outstanding people:

Grasp the learning opportunities with the leader, learn to find the difference between your own way of thinking and the way of thinking of the leader regularly, communicate more with peers or people who are better than yourself, and try to figure out the way of thinking of others when communicating with others. The angle of their thinking.

Those who do operations should pay attention to the operation method, which not only saves time but also improves efficiency, which can be said to be twice the result with half the effort.
